Our self-catered holiday cottage, pre-prepared for your arrival, allows you all the comforts of home (including provisions for a continental breakfast) and a range of modern facilities. Simply arrive, turn the key and prepare to unwind, take everything at your own pace and simply enjoy your time in Rotorua.
Our cottage is set adjacent to our own residence located in 2 acres of private rural land. Depending on the season, you will be able to meet our lambs, watch the pukeko circle our small, willow lined pond at the rear of your cottage or get 'up-close and personal' with our highland cattle.
The lake front is a short stroll away. The sunrise over Mokoia Island is spectacular.

Cottage Serviced daily. Includes continental breakfast provisions (cereals, toast, fruit, preserves and croissants) and all linen is provided.
The bedroom contains a queen sized and a single bed. Our kitchen is fully equipped. Our bathroom is fitted with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. In the lounge you will find a TV, DVD, Hi-Fi system and a double fold-out futon bed. There are laundry facilities, including an iron for your convenience.
